Won't fix - the Windows key, or let's use the Linux name: the Meta key
is only meant to be used in shortcut combinations, and in fact it is -
Kwin does, Amarok does, Compiz does and a load of other applications do
as well. This makes setting the Meta key to open the kmenu rather
impossible.
