Please sync gnunet 0.8.0a-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian has rebuilt its package against guile-1.8 and has introduced some
other changes so ubuntu changes can be dropped.
