Binary package hint: acpi
When I try to change the LCD brightness on my laptop with the brightness
applet, the scroll bar moves uncontrolled up and down after moving it
just a little bit. The desktop begins to lag. If I watch a movie and
adjust brightness, the movie will get partially unresponsive. That is
happening for some seconds. When stopped, the brightness changes and the
desktop stops to lag.
I'm using Intrepid with the latest updates. I could change the
brightness with the applet on Hardy with no problems.
