Public bug reported:

im not sure if this is a bug or more of a feature request....

this hit me while using konversation but its affected by any other applications.
i had placed konversation in my second desktop windows and i was internet
browsing in my first desktop windows and then konversation was beeping so i
decided to open it from the first window..now konversation was already opened
in the second desktop but i clicked its system tray icon from the first windows
so what ubuntu did was moved it from the second window to first window which
where i was at. shouldn't the right way be is switching my screen to the second
window and maximizing konversation if its minimized? I'm not entirely sure
about everybody might have their own opinion...or maybe this could be filed as
a feature request to whether to have a an option in ubuntu to handle something
like this on a user settings.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
