Public bug reported:

Lets say you want to create a custom location with coordinates. You will type a
name, select a timezone from the list and type in the coordinates, save the
changes. Everything works fine.
When you reenter configuration - the location will be shown the first one in
the list. The weather indicator is gone (or incorrect). This will happen after
restart, relogin, brutal shutdown etc. Even after suspend or temporary internet
connection loss.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
