FWIW: *THEY* (including Steffen Joeris) thinks the problem is fixed... and that all web documents are to be owned by root.. (mind you I make the config file owned by root and log files and so forth) .. or that "ONE" person that needs to run a script but they can't place it anywhere because the folder must be owned by them or root.
