There is nothing wrong with your grub entry. The "quiet" command is a grub command to let grub itself be less verbose. On the other hand, the "quiet" boot parameter is used by the kernel and initrd to have less messages during booting. A bit confusing, and a bit unnecessary, since the "quiet" command used to be called "quietgrub" which made more sense.
