Same problem with 4311 rev 01 card. Workarounds (such as /usr/share/b43-fwcutter/install_bcm43xx_firmware.sh and modprobe bcm43xx and ndiswrapper with bcmlw5 driver) don't work. Also, Edimax 7318USg dongle cannot be made to work with rt73usb driver. Therefore, no usable wireless - what a pain!
