Public bug reported:

It does not crashes but it won't install correctly to os. I think that it is 
update to previous versions. 
When you run package manager/shell both of them says same thing to me:
First it tells me: You have 3 broken packages in your system! 
Second is this (It's when you are installing updates/packages):
