I was able to get my wireless working with the restricted driver.  I'm
using asac's PPA for NM 7 on Hardy and all seems to be working well.

Good news for XPS m1530 owners and the upcoming Dell Ubuntu XPS 1530's.
I will do some more testing as my signal strength has increased
dramatically from ndiswrapper.
