Ah... just noticed, it looks like a partial upgrade has been done, some packages are 2.22.3-0ubuntu2 and some are 2.22.3-0ubuntu1 I was pretty tired and hit the yes button to a partial upgrade, which appears to have broken the whole application. I uninstalled Evolution and tried to reinstall and it refused to cooperate here's a screenshot
