Public bug reported:
Using Kicker menu in Intrepid 8.10 Alpha3 64 bit.
If I go to System Settings and select Regional and Language, change keyboard to
English (UK) and Logitech cordless desktop, spell checker to English (UK) and
language to United Kingdom, applying all settings as I go, when I reboot all
settings revert to their default state and not these new settings.
