Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

Kubuntu Hardy 8.04.1 on Dell XPS M1330 with Intel 4965 wireless.

network-manager 0.6.6-0ubuntu5
network-manager-kde 1:0.2.2-1ubuntu2

After resuming from suspend, I can run "sudo iwlist scan" and
immediately see available wireless networks, but KNetworkManager says no
wireless networks are found. After a minute or two, it will suddenly
find them and connect.

This almost defeats the purpose of being able to quickly resume from
suspend, if you have to wait several minutes to get online again. And
it doesn't make any sense, since iwlist can see the networks already.

** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
