Can you please have a look at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingSoundProblems? On that page, there is a link to a script that you can download that you run that gives more information that can be attached to the bug. I think its called getalsainfo.sh. If you could run that script, and attach the output of that script to this bug, that would be agreat help.
