This issue was solved by swapping my mouse, I suspect it was a glitch in
the mouse hardware that caused this and not the Linux kernel.

Bug description:
My USB mouse keeps freezing for 1-2 seconds, and then resetting itself
automatically. I think the kernel might be doing some fishy stuff because it
works in an older kernel flawlessly.
Also, if I set the DPI to 800, it is reset to 400 when it
disconnects/reconnects itself, which is kinda annoying.
