My Ubuntu Hardy have user who is a member only own group, not in audio,
video, plugdev, plugdev, cdrom, etc. But he have permissions to video,
audio, flash drives, cdroms, etc. I think it's result of involving
polkit in Hardy and running X server with root privelegies. In any case,
that is a bug.
