same problem. Will the kernel that Tim refers to coming out in a couple of days get auto updated while I am running on 2.6.24.19 or is there something else I need to do to jump from .19 to .21 ?
BTW I had installed eclipse and it is not to be found anymore (says its not installed after I boot with 2.6.24.19) - is this normal for programs to be tied to the kernel and distribution (I thought they should not be). Will a fresh get of the program conflict with any future kernel update ? -- Hardy proposed 2.6.24-20-generic kernel update will not boot https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/251344 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
