Public bug reported: I have a HP Pavilion dv1000 and when I am in a place that I usually used a wireless network and I open the network manager, it doesn't show the list of networks available. I have to use iwlist eth1 scanning to copy the name of the network I want to use, and this happen to me and many of my friends who also have Ubuntu Edgy Eft in their laptops
