I can also confirm it on my Dell Inspiron 6400 with iwl 3945. I also had to re-install the ATI proprietary video driver for it to work with the new -20 kernel, because I was getting the white screen of death. Now when I tried to boot the -19 kernel I also get the white screen of death that I wasn't getting while running the -20 kernel.
