I add this as well as a also very dispoiting experience with my first ubuntu install I get this kind of thing...
Mistakes happen but I thught that was onlly reseverd to Microsoft. Rant aside since this is a critical and known issue should be withrawn from servers and auto porposed nupdates ASAP until proper fix is availabel. Same is true wit RT versions of kernel in fact no flavour of linux that will install the proposed 2.6.24-20 wll work...
