Reassigning to ttf-farsiweb.
I'm not certain if this is a bug in the font or not, but it works with
other fonts so it seems like it might be. This might be a bug in some
other part of the font rendering stack as well. Hopefully someone with
more knowledge about this issue can determine which part is actually at
fault.
