My printer is a lan HP 5850 connect to the lan with cable. My laptop (the same)with Wifi-Card in Gutsy is connect correctly with this printer on the lan ethernet by Wi-fi. The wi-fi card traffic with a wi-fi router who is connect to the lan with cable. I hav'nt any error when I click on print. With Windows, no problem... I can print. Sorry but, with the "Ubuntu 8.04.1, kernel 2.6.24-16", this fonctionnality works correctly with my printer. Thanks to look-up. 01laurent
