Brian,

Thanks for taking time to classify this one. I got stuck with some hi 
priority items at work when I was in the middle of filing the initial 
report and had to drop it without taking time to classify it. Sorry...

I'm sure that there's probably an easy fix to this one that will put 
reasonable bounds on swap. In addition to that however I think the 
installer should always display a summary and confirmation screen prior 
to going through setup. This way we can check things and be sure it 
makes sense before we waste time formatting and loading the OS. In my 
case I didn't discover the problem until a week or so after initial 
install at which point I had substantial additional software loaded and 
configured. Of course all of this had to be redone after correcting the 
config error.
