I understand the difference between mounts which are only visible when the 
mount is established and boomarks which should be static pointers. 
It is a bookmark at least assuming that the dialog allows me to set the 
"Bookmark" option, and after that it becomes available on the Places boomark 
list. 
I have no idea how those SFTP server connections are handled on the background, 
if they use some temporary mount then it could explain why the bookmarks to 
those mounts are disappear, if that is the case then the "Bookmark" option on 
the "Connect to Server" dialog from nautilus should be removed, anyway this 
would be a feature removal compared to the previous nautilis version on which 
we could keep bookmarks for ftp/sftp connections.
