Kjell, you pointed out how to nominated bugs using the SRU procedure and ironically you were the one to nominate this one for Hardy :) Let's hope for a fix...just to repeat it for the umpteenth time: this is *regression* . Gutsy worked flawlessly, as gentoo 2008.0, with a close kernel (slightly modified 2.6.24), works as well.
