alright, so questions about the issue:
- does smbclient browse the share correctly? gvfs didn't change a lot in
intrepid but samba 3.2 has been uploaded to it could be a samba issue
- does gvfs-mount smb://server/share works correctly?
- if you run /usr/lib/gvfs/gvfsd -r on a command line before trying to mount
the server do you get any error?
