Sorry, Pascal, but that was back in October, and I have since upgraded to Ubuntu 8.04. The /var/log/dist-upgrade/ files from the 7.10 upgrade have been overwritten. There's no reference to "moodle" in the extant files. The original bug report was generated during the 7.10 upgrade process.
For what it's worth, I just did an apt-get install moodle-book and it seemed to go just fine.
