Libflashsupport isnt needed at all. I removed Libflashsupport a while back and reinstalled all of pulseaudio. I currently have just Flash 9 install, U8.04 x64, that fixed it on both my laptop and desktop. I don't remember if I did anything else. I might have fully removed flash and reinstalled it too.
