Hi Nick, as I said, I am new. My 13 year old wiz, who was fresh and not stressed figured out how to push the <OK> button on the pop-up message in the terminal. It was the right arrow key and then return (Ihad tried the down arrow only, because the OK is directly underneath, and it did not work). Some instructions somewhere would be nice. >From there it was a breeze, everything is working well again.

And PLEASE include more detailed instructions in your help-file (with screen-shots?) 2008/7/17 Sabine Hadgkiss <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > Hi Nick, > > I did exactly that, befoer I sent the bug report, and the terminal comes up > with this warning message about flash hybrid. > > That is all that happens, nothing fixed, no more terminal.... > > The synaptics package manager comes with ubuntu hardy, it was not my idea, > but it is sure nice to have (if it works). > > So how do I get beyond this message in the terminal and get it fixed? > > Thanks > > Sabine > > > On 17/07/2008, Nick Ellery <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: >> >> Thanks for your report.
