started with trying to fix firefox flash crashes, don't know much about
computers.....new to ubuntu...
opened synaptics and tried to download everything flash.........
during installation a warning came up about hybrid flash, that it would change
how my system works etc. , so I clicked cancel, quite a few times.
After that my synaptics package manager will not work and gives me this error
message E: dpkg was interrupted......
I found the sudo command on the internet that ran in my terminal and then,
instead of fixing the prblem I get this message again: configuring flashybrid
Please be warned........<OK>
that is where it stops
Please consider that I am NEW to all of this!
Thanks for any help.
Also tried to run recovery mode, and the same thing happens. It gets stuck at
the flashybrid message.
If you need more information, please tell me EXACTLY (for beginners) how to get
it.

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to
......... then in the terminal I get the message configuring flash hybrid
(don't know what that is) and it is stuck there, nothing happening any more
