I confirm that OpenOffice crashed repeatedly on Edgy. It scared me, but eventually it worked again efter I purged and reinstalled OO, removed the user registry on my home catalog and restarted the system. I also crossed my fingers while starting my favorite office suite but confess that I did not say a prayer.
