Public bug reported:
I've got a SDHC 64in1 High-Speed Card-Reader/Writer connected to a
laptop running Hardy.
When trying to copy some music to a 1G MMC card a couple of files will get
copied. Then, suddenly, I'm experiencing IO errors and the filesystem is
remounted ro.
The FAT filesystem has become corrupted at this point and has to be fixed with
dosfsck -y.
This process can be repeated over and over again.... Some files copy fine, and
then suddenly there is an issue.
Manually mounting with less options didn't make a difference.
The probleem seems to be similar to bug: 247819, only on different
hardware
