Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver
I'm running gnome-screensaver 2.22.2-0ubuntu1 and I installed the thinkfinger tools. When I resume my system from standby, I often have to enter a wrong password be able to use the fingerprint authentication. I'm using Ubuntu 8.04.1 with the linux-image-2.6.26-3-generic kernel from Intrepid because my fingerprint reader was not deteced by the hardy kernel. Beside the problem with the gnome-screensaver the finger printer works as expected. The thinkfinger-tools have version 0.3+r118-0ubuntu3. ** Affects: gnome-screensaver (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- fingerprinter authentication occasionally disappears https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/248725 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
