Yes: you have encountered bug 239413 (or one of its many variants and
duplicates!). I shall mark this report as a duplicate of bug 239413.
Please look around that report and any of the related others: bug 239413 was
split from bug 207473, which alone has four duplicates, just to get you
started! You may be able to provide some missing information.
There are also suggested workarounds in those reports. However, unless this
problem is causing you serious difficulties, I wouldn’t personally recommend
those workarounds that I’ve seen so far, in particular the “blacklist video”
idea, which seems both drastic and the source of more problems than it solves.
Any further discussion regarding this problem should occur in bug 239413
(unless, of course, that report is in turn marked as a duplicate of another
report: I wouldn’t be surprised!). Of course, please feel free to continue to
report any other problems you may find.
