Thank you for reporting this, the problem also exists on i386
installations, even currently in alpha 2.

This bug did not have a package associated with it, which is important
for ensuring that it gets looked at by the proper developers. You can

bug as a bug in gnome-system-tools.

To reproduce, go to System->Administration->Software Sources, go to the
Updates tab, and check under the "Release upgrade" section.
