I think Paul is not the only one. It should be thousends. But probably
most of the is a newbie like me.  What should they do?  I needed hours
to find this page. And still I don't know what to do.  I wanted simply
to try the new 8.04 - definetely no update.  Medium checked - OK. Still
got the problem.

FYI my configuration:
- MS Windows XP Prof SP3
- Asus Pundit2-M2A690G
- AMD Athlon X2 BE2400
- Pioneer BDC-S02        (SATA-II)
- Samsung HD161HJ 160    (SATA-II)

Paul is right: you must make this problem public asap.

Unlike others I will try it again - if you have any solution Steve.
