I fail to understand why open source (but ok, non DFSG compatible) software get
removed from Ubuntu while close-source ones such as Flash player get included.
By providing a working, easy to use way to make high quality music on Linux,
linuxsampler works towards fixing bug #0.
Maybe you have removed it because you do not have a "open source but non DFSG
compatible category", but this seems no good reason to me.
Furthermore, a difference in versioning scheme prevent seemless installation of
upstreams deb packages on hardy.

Please, for the sake of open source, find a way to get linuxsampler back
into Ubuntu.

Thank you for your consideration.
