Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree
Closing and opening Firefox makes it work again. It happens very
frequently too.
I have the backports repo enabled so this version of flash got updated

Flash 10 beta 2 , white rectangle back again. Have to close and open firefox to
repair.
