Malone doesn't like my Thunderbird settings. Trying Evolution instead.

Regenerated xorg.conf as instructed. Problem with X-server persists.
Attached is a copy of Xorg.0.log

Package 'GShutdown' works in closing X-server. Could problem exist in
the code for the 'logout button', not the Intel driver?
