I need a list of what you have in /usr/lib/mozilla and usr/lib/mozilla/plugins before i can tell you exatcy what to remove you may have libflashsupport or gnash in there that may be keeping it there. Maybe check in ~/.mozilla/*.default/pluginreg.dat can you please attach that file to this bug report so i can look to see why its still there. Im wondering if you have swf packages installed that is another one that will keep shockwave IIRC.
