Hello, don't want to reopen the bug, because it seems to be fixed on new releases. But I would like to help those that, like me, are in the middle of a work and don't plan to upgrade soon. You can do a search&replace, searching for the right quote symbol, and replacing by itself, but changing the font. I have changed it to arial normal (don't specify a font size, I think that it maintains the old one). I have used "replace all". Repeat it to the left quote symbol.
