I am very sorry about not providing accurate information, you are right indeed, menu.lst indeed says (hd0,1) and it WAS NOT touched in any way by me.
Installed hardy, boot it correcly, as soon as I install dmraid and restart PC the system becomes unbooteable, I am not touching any menu.lst or anything, just doing a play hardy install.
