transform to RENDER, 
which needs to do the scaling.  The issue is that the
version of pixman that's currently shipped with all X servers doesn't implement
EXTEND_PAD, which we need to get correct behaviour at image edges."

I'm a noob, and this bug is really bothering me. I have my account of the
