Public bug reported: The "Document Print Status" applet doesn't seem to refresh the printer status after a job is complete. When I submit a print job, the applet pops up, and when I click it it says "processing". It stays that way after the job is complete, and only goes away when I select "refresh" from the menu manually.
Also, the applet doesn't seem to recognize when a printer is set to "stopped" in the system settings. When you submit a job to that printer then, it just says "processing", and nothing happens. I'm running an up2date Kubuntu 8.04 installation. My printer is a HP LaserJet 1100. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Document Print Status applet doesn't refresh status https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/246878 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
