Sorry, but you're wrong. This is a bug in the UI design. It's a disk usage analyzer. If I "scan home", baobob should be able to indicate to me that there are large files in my home directory taking up space. I'm not asking you to show me the files directly - just make the UI clearer so that you can see that there is file usage IN home. You should treat the root of the tree differently from sub-directories, since otherwise you'll never be able to make it clear that you're counting it. "100%" is useless and duplicative information - you should change that to show the actual *contents* of the home directory.
