Hello: I'm sorry but I'm afraid that I cannot help you. I just started using a Linux operating system on a dual-booted computer and know very little about it yet. I'm still mostly using TOOS (That Other Operating Sysyem- AKA Vista).JDP P.S. The system administrators helped me because I'd downloaded an encryption program that was preventing me from connecting to the internet. If you chech the error code box that comes up it usually tells you which programs are causing the problem. Uninstalling them through the Synaptic Package Manager solved the problem.
