One issue: when starting japa you can call it with various commands not available in its GUI, from japa -h:
-h Display this text -J Use JACK -A Use ALSA, with options: -d <device> Alsa device [hw:0.0] -r <rate> Sample frequency [48000] -p <period> Period size [1024] -n <nfrags> Number of fragments [2] Either -J or -A must be given. So, we could assume that the user has ALSA installed and use the -A option, but any of -d, -r, -p, -n must be set from the command line as there is no option for them in the GUI. I'm not sure if this is suggested behavior (having a .desktop file for such a program). -- No Desktop file in japa https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/243776 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
