I was installaing interchange-ui but for some reason, it failed. The
next time that I brought up Symantic, it was marked for removal.

The first problem is that I can not un-mark it in Symantic. The option
is there, but it does not work when clicked.

The second problem is that when it fails, Symantic does not do the other
items that are marked for install.

Is there a way that I can manually edit a file to un-mark it?

Thanks
