Maintainer is Ubuntu MOTU (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebianMaintainerField), and you can add yourself as XSBC-Original-Maintainer (that is optional though). debian/dirs is unnecessary (make install will take care of the directory creation - usually). version is 0ubuntu1 (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PackagingGuide/Complete#head-c727185a09bc917152055fddb0b69a2f4d812e60). launchpad bugs are closed with (LP: #nnnn) ....
