I have edgy. I've read somewhere that gnome 2.16 have done a cleanup of unmaintained themes. But the theme manager still have Esco, Atlanta, AgingGorilla, Crux, Raleigh, Redmond and Thinice. I think those themes should also be left to be installed as extras. I also suggest that themes should be modularized, so gnome-themes should only be a metapackage of those moduled themes. It's easier to add/remove default theme packages that will come with Ubuntu. It's like, for example, clearlooks-theme gtk2-engines-clearlooks highcolor-theme gtk2-engines-highcolor industrial-theme gtk2-engines-industrial etc.. so gnome-themes would easily be defined what comes and what doesn't. -- Themes and gtk2 engines should be modularized to display only most commonly used themes. https://launchpad.net/bugs/67423 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
